Description : ShortCode Technologies has tailored a product to replace paper
based information gathering during in person background verification for all
applicable businesses. It is an easy to use mobile responsive web application that
can be accessed from any smart phone. It provides an option for the Field executive
to accept or reject a case based on rightful allocation. Field executive can only
use the camera of the respective smartphone to capture an image of the site visit
to rule out any misuse of the application. Critical information secured by the Field
executive is encrypted and stored in the database further enhancing security
of the data collected. Upon a case closure, it automatically moves out of the system
permanently after a fixed duration to adhere to the company’s compliance rules
