General Virtual Assistant on multiple projects

I currently occupy the position of Virtual Assistant and Freelance Audio Specialist at the International Translating Company. In this role, the Project Manager uploads audio and video recordings on my Google drive daily. WHAT I DO Listen rigorously to each file (quality assurance) to ensure there are no errors. Rename (Label) each file based on the provided format. Download and convert the files to mp3 using software called "Any Video Converter". Compile a report of all the quality assured and converted files in an Excel Sheet. Forward the report to the project manager for approval using Microsoft Outlook. The report contains the audio names, duration, accent, speaker, topic, and quality status. After receiving a feedback email, I then. Upload the converted files to the company's website and Update the information on the appropriate Google sheet which serves as a database for all projects. Handle other administrative tasks assigned by the Project Managers. I have acquired extensive knowledge in the use of various web and desktop screen-sharing applications such as AnyDesk, Team Viewer, etc. I am also now adept with the use of Google Sheets, Docs, Drives, and Meets. This project had indeed shaped my listening, time management, communication organizational, and administrative skills while working with clients of different races both as an Independent Contractor and as a team member with little or no oversight.
