Healthy Eating is as easy as it sounds: Lots of people in health and fitness roll their eyes at the idea that eating healthy is hard. The stark reality they’re missing: For many folks, constraints with time, money, transportation, etc. make good nutrition seem out of reach.  These days, you don’t need to be a doctor or a dietitian to know what you should be eating. Thanks to magazines, books, healthy living apps (like this one), even Instagram. Everyone has different excuses for healthy eating. But the hardest thing must be thinking about what to prepare each day. Or do you know which food is more beneficial for you? Are you overweight or underweight?  So many people have dozens of questions about healthy nutrition and healthy menus. . And I decided to find a solution for this problem. Let's review the all processes I follow to reach the solution. ​
