House Video Collection Drive

Have been one of the pioneers to start collecting Videos from the field executives on their phones and editing them to ensure they are upto the mark and upload them on our website or on other portals, to ensure we get bookings directly instead of a physical visit during covid Times. We started this in April. The training being online was tough and to ensure the guidelines of the video are being followed was another challenge. Now every house that goes live in Nestaway has a video. Reason: 1) Online Direct Bookings have contributed to 20% of the overall bookings. 2) Visibility of these houses have increased due to other portals like Instagram, Youtube. 3) 60% of the existing inventory has videos and is easy for the customer to view the property. The Impressions on these properties increased by 7%
