As the data analyst, my task is to create a high-level KPI dashboard for stakeholders and the Executive Team. This dashboard will provide insights into the company's sales performance, including: - Sales Trends - Product Performance - Key Customers - Best Sales Representative - Shipping Costs, etc. Based on the analysis, I would like to make the following recommendations: 1. Streamline order processing for faster delivery: The current average shipping time of 8 days is relatively slow. Improving the efficiency of the order processing system will lead to faster deliveries, resulting in increased customer satisfaction, loyalty, and positive reviews. 2. Increase focus on retaining high-value customers: Some customers have contributed significantly to the company's revenue. It is crucial to prioritize efforts to retain these top customers and provide incentives to encourage them to continue their business with the company. 3. Concentrate marketing efforts on the USA and Germany: These two countries have shown to be the best-selling regions. Allocating more marketing resources to these areas will help boost sales and capitalize on the higher potential for success. 4. Reduce reliance on Federal Shipping and United Package: These shipping options have higher freight costs and longer delivery times. It is advisable to minimize their usage to optimize shipping expenses and improve overall delivery efficiency.
