La Quinta Jackson

Tesla Outsourcing Services developed detailed construction drawings with equipment schedules for the La Quinta Hotel in Jackson, Tennessee. The four-story, 48,500 sq. ft. hotel required interior renovation while retaining its external structure. Working from Revit prototypes, Tesla converted files to AutoCAD and incorporated acoustic improvements, ADA compliance, life safety features, and new facility integrations per client and regulatory requirements. The project followed the 2018 IBC, along with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and accessibility codes. It was executed in four stages, each requiring client and regulatory approval. Tesla allocated two dedicated architects to ensure compliance with AIA and Tennessee building standards. Final deliverables ensured full adherence to safety, accessibility, and Wyndham brand requirements for efficient hotel renovation planning.
