Lighting Showroom Catalog Integration

Deployment and Implementation for this integration are conducted by LightsAmerica team. We only prepare the data and the deployment of the API. However, we have come to realize that the synchronization needs to be monitored and maintained by us since the API is running in our SaaS environment. Therefore prompted me to create a team, process, and escalation procedure for LightsAmerica and had all stakeholders to review and approve as the official integration procedures. This procedure required slight modifications as we went along as the members of each team from across departments changed. Their work schedule, existing tasks and feature updates were deployed.
