I'm thrilled to dive into this task. I think creating a customer journey map for Delaney Pouch's new bug line will be a fascinating project. I understand that the customer journey map is a tool to visualize the process that a customer goes through when engaging with a company. It's a great way to put ourselves in the customer's shoes and see how we can improve their experience.
