Newsletter Template and 2 Facebook templates with same branding as Newsletter (1 long form, 1 short form), and 2 Instagram templates with same branding as Newsletter (1 long form, 1 short form). Community Wheelhouse is a small business that provides affordable housing consulting services to local governments and private developers. We need a template for a Newsletter to reach out to Tenants and Owners, and people who are looking for a home. We will send through Constant Contact and post the Newsletter on our website. Template should have a place for 3-5 newsletter articles or sections: 1. Longer article (300 words) 2. Short article (200 words) 3. Quick Content (100 words) which include things like "Fun Facts," "Quotes," or seasonal checklists, safety tips, etc. We would also like 2 FB templates and 2 Insta templates to use with longer content for posts and short post content (quotes, fun facts, etc). The newsletter and social media templates should have the same branding, look, and feel.
