Background: Originally, Planda was intended to be a project management system to help me track the progress of the jobs I get from my clients. I then felt the need to track even the finances I get from the clients hence the creation of the finance module. From there I decided to make it an ERP system that will help me manage not only my projects, but everything, from billing, to lead handling. Setting and pricing my products to a ticket handling system for all the systems I have created for my clients. These are the Planda system functions: 1. Project creation and management. 2. Project status changing 3. Project task management (Unlimited tasks can be added to every project and the system will be able to track and determine project completion based on the number of tasks completed) 4. Project task delegation based on the users registered on the system 5. Project sponsor delegation based on the clients registered on the system. Systems can also be flagged as internal systems or share split systems. 6. Project financial handling (User can set the estimated project worth and the estimated budget. From there you can also set the actual income and actual expenses for the project and the system can give you an instant report of your projected profit versus your actual profit.) 7. Financial handling module 8. Can create and track company expenses 9. Can analyze budgeted expenses versus the actual expenses for the year 10. Can show your expenses per month or per year. 11. Allows for multiple expense accounts and tallies to give totals per expense account, per year, and per month 12. You Can view a particular expense by clicking on it. Supporting documents like receipts and invoices can be uploaded directly onto the system from any internet-enabled device to validate the expense. 13. Multi-search field to filter expenses 14. Income management and tracking 15. You can search and analyze your income by year or by month 16. Allows multiple incomes accounts with a multi-search field to filter income. 17. Can view your income and directly upload supporting documents to validate the type of income 18. A quotation and invoice-generating module with automatic calculation of totals, sub-totals, discounts , and vat 19. Automatic print function that will pick up and print on the network or save your file as PDF 20. Can upload all your invoices and quotations you created so you readily have them at the click of a button on the system. 21. Client account handling module (Clients have access to a separate dashboard nicknamed the client zone [you can find the client zone Here and use the above credentials to log in for a full tour or create your own account]) 22. Client billing module 23. You can generate automatic invoices for all your client on this module. At the simple click of a button. The module identifies the client, looks for their account information, and how many products they have from the company, adds up all the totals, and instantly generate an invoice. 24. Automatic billing run notification for the client (After we bill the client, the client gets a notification on their side that an invoice is ready for them. They can go into their client zone and have the option of paying online using our online payment gateway from PayFast, or can do a direct deposit using the banking details displayed on our invoice) 25. Lead addition and management module 26. Lead segmentation according to the needs module 27. Client management and segmentation according to the status module (System can allow admin to add Clients directly from Planda, and picks up clients that have signed up on their own via the client zone) 28. Product creation and management 29. File manager management (Creating new files, uploading and downloading files to the system) 30. Documentation module (Handles support tickets and forgot password requests from my clients) 31. Task management module (Assign and keep track of tasks given to internal staff) 32. Hub module. (An internal “Facebook” a hub for posting stories. Allows unlimited comments, likes, and dislike on posts)
