I wrote this book. This is a course on merchant services for the startup business owner who plans to open an online retail business or brick and mortar. It gives detailed information on accepting credit cards for payment of products and services from your customers or clients. Business owners learn about the fees they will be charged for merchant services, how to save money on the services, and the types of terminals used. There is also a discussion on fraud and how to protect your customers from identity theft. I give lectures on Zoom for $600.
