Teach English Volunteer project

The importance of the program lies in improving the English educational standard at our school. The local children do not have access to better educational opportunities such as a lack of trained teachers, learning resources, poor infrastructure, financial viability and many others. It is important for the children to learn English comprehension skills for a better future. The volunteers who come give the children a new found confidence in learning English. The volunteers provide a new perspective and methods of teaching to the children. Our program is about creating new learning opportunities for the children at our school. It focuses on developing English learning strategies, methods, new materials and different resources for a mindful learning. The role of the volunteer is to help provide a new way of thinking and promote English learning skills. Volunteers will also integrate with local teachers to make them more enthusiastic and confident about their work with the students. Volunteers will be expected to be part of the curriculum and daily routine.
