Uganda Music Volunteering Project

At Ssamba Foundation, we believe that Music is an excellent means of communicating and can also be downright fun for the kids! For anyone interested in joining and serve with us under this Uganda music volunteer project, you don’t need any qualifications to volunteer, all you need is just lots of enthusiasm. If music is your thing then consider sharing your creative talents teaching music in Uganda. We use dance and music to address social issues and enable children to express their frustrations and confusions – and perhaps help them to understand and learn to cope with unwelcome situations. Dance and Music helps teach children life skills, communication and socializing skills. And it’s fun! This is a great opportunity to learn about music and dance in different cultures and languages and be inspired! They will be keen to teach you their songs but also enjoy learning new songs – from old nursery rhymes to modern music; add in a dance routine and you will be occupied for hours!
