VIDEO NOTE · OLD SHOES AND TOADS  Video,2021 3-channel,3 screen  00:24:52 Color Sound H.264  This is a triple-screen video work and it i s an individual project . I t consists of long lens videos focusing on the earth, family videos and notes. Within the landscape, the geography of reality can be turned into the body's texture, like a metaphor, or even beyond a metaphor. As I walk along the endless roads of the wilderness, the movement of the long lens and my psychological narrative of the off-screen voice project me onto the geography of the images. The text tries to l ead an understanding of the self, I am experiencing a sense of surreal psychological experience. Sometimes the landscape inside and outside the house, sometimes the sound, this kind of switch forms a rhythmic poem about the loss and search of the self.
