Women In Surgery Botswana

Woman in Surgery is a Botswana based NGO that was established by a small group of woman surgeons doing big things in the country. They aim to inspire the younger up coming generation of female doctors that see nothing but a daunting road ahead, to believe that they too can reach levels beyond their wildest dreams. The task was create a corporate identity that doesn't say "hey, I'm a woman, treat me differently!". They seek to build an organization that speaks to the woman that wants to be treated with the same respect and dignity as all the other men. To say "we are here because we're highly competent". This is an ongoing project, and ultimately, a brand that communicates the above is what we continuously strive for.
