□ Preparing agendas
□ Managing customer queries/complaints
□ Inviting/Approving request to join community memberships
□ Operating Live Chat (Secure Business WhatsApp Messaging, Facebook, etc.)
□ Setting up/updating CRM tools (Customer Relationship Management)
