My rate is for my services per hour which includes:
Managing the inflow and outflow of all documentation and establishing a robust and user-friendly filing system;
Drafting correspondences;
Preparation of meeting agendas and follow-up on actions as required;
Establishing events calendar;
Prepare travel requirements: tickets, accommodation, and visas... etc;
Maintaining a list of contacts;
Familiarizing myself with all related activities in terms of reporting and budgets;
Liaising with the team (if/when applicable) to follow up on the business development process;
Keeping the administrative aspects of the office/team in order, such as leave plans, security clearances, etc;
Translate (English to Arabic and Arabic to English) and proofread Arabic documents;
Supporting the HR department with all aspects of the recruitment functions.
