• Oversee the creative artistic quality of regional studio slot games
• Manage a team of Art Directors
• Work on Innovative prototypes
• Do product focus strategy thinking
• Coach and train Art Directors to ensure quality levels are hit on all games in the
studio
• Work closely with other stakeholders (game design, animation, math)
• Improve the quality of player engagement
• Create concepts for new innovative games
• By meeting/aligning business goals, focus the team on effective execution of
delivery, strategy, and high performance
• Regularly provide and receive open and constructive feedback on performance,
behaviour, and skill.
• Conduct performance and salary reviews according to the company’s current policies
and processes and in cooperation with Human Resources and Reporting Manager
