Data entry in any accounting software/excel spreadsheet; Creation of invoices & bills and payment application to both; inventory audit and tracking; asset register creation and update; receivables and payables tracking; document recording and filing; accounting software and excel spreadsheet report manipulation; Use of Tax Jamaica Tax portal; GCT/Statutory and any other tax calculation and inputting said on tax portal; payroll and salary deduction calculations; Money Management; Income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement creation; bank reconciliation ; auditing of Financial Statements; use of office machines, internet banking, debt collection, front desk customer service experience; telephone answering skills; team oriented player and participant among other skills.
