• Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
• Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices.
• Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements.
• Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, requirements traceability matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, UAT test cases & plan).
• Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.
• Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between Business/Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations.
• Define WBS of BA related tasks.
• Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
• Ensures that requirements are clearly documented and agreed upon by all stakeholders.
• Ensures that issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
• Work with internal customers to identify required changes.
• Monitors, measures and provides feedback on process performance.
• Help design solution within the product and technology frame works, based on the client’s requirements.
• Verify and understand requirements and coordinate with stakeholders for appropriate input.
• Create solution design with product specialists and architects as well as clients.
• Provide information to the Software Development and Quality Assurance team about the project and answer their questions to ensure implementation and quality verification as per the specifications.
• Audit the end product to ensure that all the requirements have been fulfill
• Coordinate with Business and On-site development team.
• Develop Process flows, Work Flows, Flow Shapes; modify existing flows via different softwares.
• Create properties and data models for the classes, defining Harness, Section rules, Decision rules, Flow actions for GUI features.
• Interact in a matrix project environment, to proactively identify and cross system impact or dependencies.
• Prepare status reports, allocation and management of technical and human resources using MS Excel and MS Project.
• Prepare all Documents: SRS, BRD, Functional Document, User stories, Project Proposals etc.
• Create QA Test plans, Test Cases for Functional, Integration Testing and perform UAT.
• Perform Database testing using SQL queries.
