I am a trainee Career Counselor, currently enrolled in Master's Career Counseling and Education, at NUST. Done my Bachelor's in Psychology. During my bachelor, I have done Internship with "Differently abled" children.
In my post-graduation period, I volunteered in various career counseling activities like individual counseling, giving labor market information to students, and developing lesson plans. I facilitate 60% of my clients to gain insight into their career paths and action planning.
The skills that I have developed throughout the program are active listening, counseling skills, probing, and communication skills.
My future goals are to work with disadvantaged people in society and promote equality and social justice so that everyone has equal opportunities, also empower students by providing career counseling services. For this, I collaborate with people who have similar interests as mine.
