As a Certified Translator, I always strive for excellence in all of my translation projects. I divide the workflow, assign the different parts of the work to the different suppliers/vendors, coordinate the editing as well as QA of the final versions of the translations; I never miss a deadline that is why my customers have been with me for over 9-10 years.
As a PM, I take care of the whole life-cycle of the projects: planning, execution, tracking, delivery and closure; I manage the Communication to both internal and external stakeholders, prepare budgets, manage risk assessment, build and maintain strong relationships with both my customers as well as my suppliers.
