I am a young Moroccan now I work in Croatia hvar aged 27, Bac
and a hotel cuisine diploma in ISTA in Marrakech. A man
passionate about my profession motivates by the dynamism that
offers teamwork in the restaurant sector, dynamic, rigorous,
generous and friendly, and available. Also I have a great
experience (9 years) in the field as a chef de partie and sous chef
and chef, a chef who adapts to all universes. Curious by nature is
interested in all the gastronomic art, always made with good
products, my skills are as follows: creation of gastronomic menus,
organization of wedding parties, stock management, management
of staff schedules, product quality control , inventory in progress,
preparation of cooking classes (in French & English), commercial
relationship with suppliers, communication with customers at the
end of service, overseeing portion control and quantity of
preparation to minimize waste, sense of communication with
management. Also I participated in the opening of large well-
named restaurant in Marrakech with great chefs from around the
world
