As a client services consultant, I work to find out what clients need and then communicate those needs to the rest of the company or organization. By analyzing a large amount of customer data, I suggest changes based on that information. Some of my responsibilities are as follows:
Acts as an intermediary and advocate for Relationship Management staff.
Responds to inquiries by providing the requested information and working with the appropriate areas for resolution of issues.
Acts as the initial contact for complex partner inquiries for bank products and services.
Participates in new initiatives, training and pilot groups.
Participates in system and application testing, as needed.
Tracks and records contacts with partners, identifying trends and recurring issues.
Focuses on resolution of complex transactions.
