Electralmech Limited was established with the sole purpose of satisfying its clientele by providing quality services next to none. The services offered include engineering general contracting, offering, Site Analysis, Feasibility Studies, Preliminary Design Studies, Permit/Zoning Applications, etc. They can handle various industrial, distribution, manufacturing, office, and retail, recreational, healthcare and commercial projects in Zambia.

3.0 Quality Policy
i. It is the policy of Electralmech Limited to provide a service that exceeds our client’s expectations. We strive to do this by attracting the best qualified employees and seeking out and using reputable, high quality sub-contractors and products.
ii. To ensure that these objectives are met, Electralmech Limited has adopted a quality management system that complies with the International Standard ISO 9001: 2008. This Quality System will provide clients with the assurance that the projects and products associated with Electralmech Limited will be of a consistently high standard.
iii. The Management of Electralmech Limited is totally committed to the implementation and maintenance of this quality management system and, in turn, expects every employee to contribute and support it. All employees of the company are aware of these quality objectives and strive to meet them.
iv. The Quality Management System and Quality Policy will be continually reviewed and changed as part of Electralmech Limited’s’ commitment to develop and continually improve the processes and procedures of our business. This will be evidenced by reviewing the quality objectives in line with the Electralmech Limited’ Business Plan and strategic future of the company.
4.0 Safety Policy
It is company policy that accident prevention be a prime concern of all employees. This includes the safety and well being of our employees, subcontractors, and customers, as well as the prevention of wasteful, inefficient operations, and damage to property and equipment.
i. APPLICABILITY This Safety Policy applies to all employees of Toolmans Construction Limited, regardless of position within the company. The Safety Rules contained herein apply to all subcontractors and anyone who is on a company project site. Every employee is expected to comply with the Safety Policy, and Safety Standards.
ii. IMPLEMENTATION This Safety Policy supports six fundamental means of maximum employee involvement:
a. Management commitment to safety.
b. Weekly safety meetings at all jobsites.
c. Effective job safety training for all categories of employees.
d. Job hazard analysis provided to all employees.
e. Audio and/or visual safety presentations given at jobsites by the Site Engineer.
f. Various incentive awards for exemplary safety performance.
