The services offered include engineering general contracting, offering, Site Analysis, Feasibility Studies, Preliminary Design Studies, Permit/Zoning Applications, etc. They can handle various industrial, distribution, manufacturing, office, and retail, recreational, healthcare and commercial projects in Zambia. Electralmech also specialises in the following areas:  Building construction and maintenance  Aluminum shop fronts and partitions  Primary and Secondary Development of mining activities  Electrical and mechanical spares supplies  Hardware, hand tools and protective clothing  Refrigeration repair works and installation  Boiler servicing and repairs  Air Compressors servicing and repairs  Electronics and Electrical repairs installation  Consultancy in electrical, electronics, refrigeration and power plant  Assorted pumps, valves compressors, spares  Suppliers of timber 2.0 Mission Our mission is to perform for our customers to the highest level of quality services at fair and market competitive prices and ensure longevity through repeat and referral business achieved by customer satisfaction in all areas including timelines, attention to detail and service minded attitudes, complemented with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, honesty and fairness in our relationship with our suppliers, professional associations and customers. 3.0 Vision “To continue being an efficient General Contractor working in an ethical and balanced manner to earn the privilege of being the General Contractor and supplier of choice.” 3.0 Quality Policy i. This will be evidenced by reviewing the quality objectives in line with the Electralmech Limited’ Business Plan and strategic future of the company. 4.0 Safety Policy It is company policy that accident prevention be a prime concern of all employees. This includes the safety and well being of our employees, subcontractors, and customers, as well as the prevention of wasteful, inefficient operations, and damage to property and equipment. i. APPLICABILITY This Safety Policy applies to all employees of Toolmans Construction Limited, regardless of position within the company. The Safety Rules contained herein apply to all subcontractors and anyone who is on a company project site. Every employee is expected to comply with the Safety Policy, and Safety Standards. ii. IMPLEMENTATION This Safety Policy supports six fundamental means of maximum employee involvement: a. Management commitment to safety. b. Weekly safety meetings at all jobsites. c. Effective job safety training for all categories of employees. d. Job hazard analysis provided to all employees. e. Audio and/or visual safety presentations given at jobsites by the Site Engineer. f. Various incentive awards for exemplary safety performance.
