Handle customer complaints whole providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the respective time frame while following up to ensure a resolution is provided which satisfies the customer. Keeping records of Customer Interactions, file documents and maintaining the initial interaction to ensure that the customer is comfortable to start a business with the firm whole following communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Having an experience of four years working with customers from Europe, Scandinavian, the US and MiddleEastern countries, makes me believe that I’m a capable enough to provide best services. Especially since I am always up for a challenge and is willing to go that extra mile. A few tasks I handle are social media feedback analysis, review management, live chats, emails and calls on a daily basis with customers located in the US. Apart from these tasks, report management, phone surveys, vendor coordination, lead generation and sales of new B2B consumers are also some more tasks that fall under my KJR.
