I've been a CSR/Email & Chat Support & a Call Center Agent for 2 years and 9 months, from May of 2020 until now. I have supported online and e-commerce companies. Most of the tools I've handled and used as a CSR include: -Zendesk -Shopify -Google Docs -Spree Commerce -USPS Tracking -UPS Tracking -DHL Express -Pilot Freight Services -UPS CampusShip -FedEx Tracking -Jotform -ReAmaze -WhatsApp -SLACK I can process orders, process refunds, and RMA's, answer emails, and live chats, and resolve tickets. I am also very attentive to details. I am fluent in the English language. I can speak with little to no accent and write and reply to customers efficiently. I am capable of working independently and in a group/team as well. I have a strong sense of commitment at work. I am friendly, motivated, dedicated, and passionate about my work. I can work on my own with less supervision and I can easily learn new skills. I am always willing to learn.
