As a customer service expert, I provide email, chat, live text and voice support to customers, assiting with troubleshooting of non technical issues, giving general information about the product, service and/or company, as well as trouble shooting specific non technical issues. I also do CRM management with proficiency in Zendesk, Perfex and similar software and applications.
