The key to being a great customer service agent is being efficient as well as friendly and empathetic to build good communication and trust that are needed to be able to understand and help solve their problems.
I believe that this role is very interesting because having the opportunity to engage daily with all different personalities and form a relationship with them even in stressful situations helps create a great customer experience which is very satisfying and is the reason why I chose this job.
Within the past 2 years of my professional experience, I have exceeded expectations and have been able to outdo my KPIs and held a leader status but what I am more proud of are the customers' very heartwarming testimonies, and this is the outcome of giving everything I do 100% commitment and dedication.
