My name is Nhimfa and I believe I am meant for this job.
I have an experience as a Logistic Coordinator in a furniture company located in the USA, where I am the contact person for the owner and the warehouse team. My daily task is to always create a route for our delivery team, check our tracker which is in the Google Sheets if there is an additional order and communicates to the customers regarding the status of their order. I always make sure that I closely monitor the everyday deliveries from the start until they get back from the warehouse. If incase there is an incomplete delivery, I will immediately call the delivery team to ask what happen and will message the customer and reschedule it for the next day to avoid delay.
We use Shopify, Slacks, and WhatsApp as a means of communication, CIGO and Jobber as our software to create and monitor the route. I also use a laptop and one 1 monitor.
I believe the experience that I gained as a Logistic Coordinator will help me to make this project become successful.
