Responsible to support business process of production and Logistic by following good practice of ERP for our internal customer in China region. Consult internal customers in the optimization and harmonization of business process in Production and Logistics.
Work with customer, I define the business requirements concerning the production and logistic process for business and provide the suitable solution and give them the necessary advice. Coordinate and perform the activities throughout the project implement, ensure the solution is delivered with quality and satisfaction. Develop detailed customization and development specifications with Java, ASP.NET, VB.NET, PHP and Microsoft SQL Server. Microsoft SQL Server maintenance and optimization. Be responsible for capturing the business requirements into a business blueprint and guide the users. In addition, be responsible for update the blueprint document timely. Prepare, plan and execute the training to improve the competence of key users. Support application service and resolve the tickets within SLA. Participant continuous improvement project and get the ‘Green Belt Certification’.
