• Understanding the customers’ business process respective to the finance area.
• Collecting and preparation of Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Preparation of Fit-Gap analysis document based on the standard application and customer’s business process.
• Prioritization of the Gaps identified from the Fit-Gap analysis.
• Preparation of Functional Design Document (FDD) for the identified Gaps with respective field mapping.
• Closely working with technical team to develop the desired functionality as per the Functional Requirement Documents.
• Preparation of the Test cases with different scenarios based on the design document.
• Testing the developed functionality to identify the bugs/issues related to development.
• Collection and validation of the master data and importing into the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Actively seeking out work shadowing opportunities to support project manager in finalizing project schedule and deliverable.
• Conducting the User Accepting Testing (UAT) sessions with proposed solution.
• Providing user training as per the business processes.
• Go-Live support for the day to customers day issues and resolution.
