• Organizing travels from beginning to end,including visas issuance,tickets, accommodation and securing rental transportation etc. Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money return. Rsesearch various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, reviews etc. Assist employees by providing advice on pros and cons of their travel options. Suggest best action to take when cancellations, itinerary adjustments, and other unexpected circumstances happen.Manage cost-effective travel policies for companyand monitor Travel cost vrs. Budget and report status. Ensure all employee travel is safe and organized according to company policy. Establishing database /service based on approved methods of financial/technical evaluation each supplier (Travel Agency, Security, Housekeeping , Print shop, Giveaway ….etc). •Negotiate prices, quality and delivery and approving invoices.•Supervise fleet management in regard to license renewing,car maintenance, car insurance, car rental/purchasing to assist in carrying out  business.•Supervise company premises leased/owned in regard contractual obligations,insurance, security,safety..etc.•Conduct market research to source Giveaways' vendor supply new giveaway ideas & distribution items.Brainstorm & develop ideas for new itemsin Seminars/Exibition.  •Ensure company address book is updated with operators. •Maintain approved interior decoration and furniture theme within company premises.•Endorse Preventive Maintenance Plan for company premises and monitor implementation .•Establish Manpower plan. •Achieve financial objectives by anticipating requirements, scheduling expenditure, monitor costs and analyzing variances (telephone cost, air ticketing costs,printing, Buffet ..etc)and  submitting information for budget preparation. •Improve subordinate performance by on-job training.•Establishing/ updating for sake of continual improvement the working System of Sub-contractors (Security & Housekeeping).
