Developing relationships at all levels and developing an in-depth understanding of the business as well as roles. Create and execute recruitment processes in line with the client's goals and business objectives, including the delivery of full life cycle of the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, short listing, coordinating interviews, extending & negotiating offers, and follow up after the placement. In general, my services are as follows 1. Sourcing through relevant job portals, networking sites, headhunting, referrals, advertisement and using boolean operators where applicable 2. Interacting with clients to have a clear picture of their various requirements to provide optimum and proactive services. 3. Keeping the candidates updated about the interview schedule and feedbacks. 4. Bridging between clients&candidate concerning the compensation offered, date of joining&other related concerns. 5. Conducting screening interviews, 6. Reporting and weekly regular feedback sessions with hiring heads. 7. Organizing and scheduling interviews with hiring heads. 8. Candidate reference check, follow-up notice period negotiations till joining the company. 9. Follow up with both employers and candidates after the placement.
