The first phase consists in defining the annual volume requirements of the Airline or Airlines by airport, then to inviting to tender as many Jet Fuel Suppliers Companies at each airport as possible (second phase). After receiving bids from Suppliers would start the third phase consisting in reviewing all bids and negotiating the terms, the prices and payment conditions.
Finally advising about Hedging and other ways of making further savings to achieve the lowest cost for the Airline.
