• Configuration/Installation of CCTV Cameras (Analog, IP, and Digital). • Manage, Update, Delete, Edit, and Modify the new Software/Servers/Modems Configuration on End Devices. • Maintenance/Installation & Up-gradation on Servers Dell PowerEdge 2950, R720 and HP Z210, DELL T110 Workstation. • Monitoring the Network and System Devices with (Nagios Monitoring Tool) and troubleshooting the run time issues. • Maintain and Analyze system components through tools and make recommendations regarding system security, CPU and Disk utilization. • Protection/Management of IT infrastructure from viruses & any other attack with Centralized Symantec Antivirus program. • Implementation of ISO 9001 and 27001 with Manager IT Operations and Information Security Engineer and maintain them according to ISO Standards. • Together with members of the other team, investigate, understand, and articulate Customer Service Management, Datacenter Management, System and Network requirements and update/maintain them according to ISO Standards.
