Prepare Recruitment material and job post ( LinkedIn, rozee.pk,naukri, indeed, reed, etc) ✓ Schedule, Organize and conduct interview, written test ✓ Develop recruitment team’s skills, knowledge and capabilities to source, attract and acquire talent, and build an external pipeline of quality candidates ✓ Familiarity with and prior use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Talent Management System (TMS), or Client Relationship Management (CRM) software ✓ Familiarity with and prior use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Talent Management System (TMS), or Client Relationship Management (CRM) software ✓ Partner with key stakeholders in HR and the business to establish workforce plans and formulate sourcing strategies and talent acquisition strategies to fulfill on hiring needs ✓ Provide advice and recommendations to regional partners and leaders in support of national and regional talent acquisition and workforce management strategy and tactics ✓ Researches and identifies best practices, sourcing channels, including diversity sourcing to understand the market attributes to assist in developing creative sourcing strategies for long term and sustained growth of talent pool ✓ Assessment applicant relevant skill, knowledge ✓ Prepare employee file, necessary document ✓ Organize and conduct orientation session for new employee ✓ Manage diaries of all employee of the founding members of the company ✓ Perform research related to executive travel briefings, events planning and other matters at the direction of the executives; manage special projects and special events ✓ Attendance of Weekly Leadership Team meetings to take minutes and actions ✓ Determine importance of meeting requests in the context of the executives’ priorities and schedule accordingly ✓ Lead and/or assist in managing Company-wide communication and activities ✓ Arrange complex international and domestic travel agendas; prepare travel and expense reports on a timely basis ✓ Perform other related projects and duties as requested ✓ General admin/recruitment support to the entire team ✓ Expert in Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
