• Developing a strategic plan for the delivery of business-wide communication strategies aligned to the business plan
• Working closely with stakeholders across the business to proactively engage people
• Overseeing the development and management of an intranet client portal, new digital assets, and social media outlets
• Developing a suite of consistent specific proposal templates, presentations, and standard documents
• Supporting the development of formal internal communication, employer brand and recruitment awareness activities
• Overseeing the direction and production of all external PR including thought leadership within the industry
• Producing marketing collateral including capability statements, annual reports, and market releases
• Implementing a system for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing and communication strategies.
