Growing up bilingual and graduated from Technical University in Berlin, I have a great base on which I built up my career in the manufacturing sector, starting with global B2B Sales, where I worked with OEM companies like GE, Siemens, ABB etc. Having also a master's degree in marketing, made me combine B2B Sales experience with marketing background. I am good in dealing with data, by doing market researches and analysis like PESTLE, SWOT, Porter etc. in order to find the best Marketing and Brand Strategy. Analyzing customer and competitors includes managing and maintaining the CRM System. I led a sales team of 4 and a marketing&communication team of 5, where I always tried to motivate and support my team in order to reach our KPI's. Also in times of remote working I supported the personal development of my team members.
