Three (3) years in the banking industry helped me grow tremendously, from a contractual service status to being an account officer. I have developed my skill set in financial analysis and honed my talents in finance and auditing. And with my strong work ethics, I was able to reduce our bank’s (Ilagan Branch) past due rate by 2.85%, from the past due amount of P9,028,672.38 as of October 2021, I was able to reduce it by P2,463,453.90 for the period ending July 31, 2022. I believe I have developed my practical skills and discovered new abilities that I did not know I possess such as analytical thinking, benchmarking, building customer relationship, marketing, and countless more, which helped me prepare to seize this next chapter of growth.
