I have experience in custom CMS development, using the PHP stack WAMP or LAMP, MySQL as database. PHP OOP is always used in my projects.
PDO is used as an ORM for connecting to MySQL.
Also used a framework for some projects like Codeigniter, it is very easy to use and speeds up web development.
