**Job Title: Translator**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Translator to join our team. As a Translator, you will be responsible for accurately translating written documents from one language to another while maintaining the original meaning, tone, and intent. Your primary duties will include:
1. **Translation:** Translating a variety of materials such as documents, articles, websites, and multimedia content from the source language to the target language.
2. **Language Proficiency:** Demonstrating fluency in both the source and target languages, with exceptional understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and cultural nuances.
3. **Accuracy:** Ensuring precise and accurate translations that convey the intended message effectively without losing meaning or context.
4. **Research:** Conducting research when necessary to understand unfamiliar terms, concepts, or cultural references to provide accurate translations.
5. **Proofreading and Editing:** Reviewing translated documents for errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities, and making necessary revisions to ensure high-quality output.
6. **Collaboration:** Working closely with project managers, editors, and other team members to meet project deadlines and deliver outstanding translations.
7. **Adaptability:** Adapting to different subject matters and industries, including technical, legal, medical, marketing, and more, while maintaining quality and accuracy.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Translator or similar role.
- Proficiency in at least two languages, including native-level fluency in the target language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with translation software and tools is a plus.
- Degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
