I have experience in Planning and Development Area, I're worked as analyst of organizational development and quality analyst in the goverment. I used to gather information of the areas and their process to develop manuals and guidelines.
I also helped elaborating the Common Assesment Framework (CAF ), the Performance Plan.
I was in charge of the quality surveys of the Citizen Attention Centers to assure costumer's satisfaction.
