GENERALIST ROLE:
1. Administrative Assistant
- Manage work schedules, tasks, and meetings, and submit them on time.
- Managed meetings with the clients, managers, and other teams to better understand problems amendable find solutions. Make minutes.
- Managed email accounts daily, ensuring excellent customer care for our client's employees.
- Respond to calls and provide information concerning company services and products by established procedures.
- Ability to set up and run training sessions and meetings on Microsft Teams and Zoom.
- Coordinate and planned office parties and get-togethers
- Oversaw office inventory activities as well as ordering and requisitions.
2. Recruitment/Placement/Staffing
- Posting jobs, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to the final endorsement of candidates to the client.
- Preparing job descriptions, job offers, and contracts.
- Gather documents for the 201 files and conduct company orientation.
3. Compensation and Benefits
- Update and enroll employees in government agencies for their monthly contribution.
- Certify all loans and benefits of employees in government agencies.
- Enroll and prepare HMO of employees
- Monitoring of Vacation and Sick leaves
- Executing other company benefits such as tokens for birthday celebrants, monthly games for all departments, and monthly celebrations of Regular Holidays. All can conduct face-to-face or virtual.
4. Payroll and Timekeeping
- Gather approved timesheet reports of employees.
- Prepare and input all the work hours rendered by the employees in the timekeeping template. In some of the timekeeping templates, there is a generation or summary of worked hrs report.
- Prepare deductions memo.
- Prepare memos and adjustments to the employees for those with salary increases, commissions, incentives, and bonuses approved by the client.
- Prepare all Payment Requests such as Cash Advances, Reimbursements, and Liquidations of employees.
- Prepare SOA for Billing purposes.
- Enroll employees in the company's partner bank for their payroll account.
- Email blast the payslip to employees' email.
5. Employee Relations
- Preparing monthly reports for DOLE.
- Take virtual meetings or exit interviews for employees about to resign or leave work.
- Prepare and email work exit clearance. Accept documents and company assets for those existing employees.
- Make and prepare reports for those administrative cases, investigate and gather information for all persons involved by issuing Notice to Explain, Notice of Disciplinary Action, and Notice of Suspension, Termination.
- Prepare quarterly Performance reviews/evaluations of clients and employees.
