I am a seasoned Reports Analyst with over 7 years working experience in Reporting and Analytics. I also have experience in Customer Service (voice, chat and email) and Workforce Management.
I have a good background and knowledge of querying databases, working on Google Sheets, Google App Script, Google Data Studio, Google Sites, Google Slides, MS Excel, MS Access, Oracle, MySQL and Salesforce. I also have a bit knowledge in HTML and CSS.
Apart from sending daily updates on performance reports, I also upload data into the company data warehouse which I think would prove useful for me to be successful in this position. Before uploading data into our warehouse, it is transformed and normalized to comply with data requirements.
