I have extensive experience in Sales and Telemarketing and thrive on converting leads into sales. I have a proven exemplary record of success in Sales, which resulted in me being promoted to Head of Sales for Raystate at the age of 24. Whilst at Raystate, I regularly and consistently over-achieved on all sales targets given to me, including increasing sales but up to 165% . My experience has allowed me to develop a range of successful sales techniques, which have assisted me in influencing customers’ decision-making processes and successfully secured sales.
I glad for myself on my ability to communicate well with customers, clients and external partners and have always been able to build strong working relationships with ease. I am comfortable communicating both B2B and B2C and have experience in both cold and warm lead calling. I am fluent in both English and Russian, a skill that has proven very effective when communicating internationally. As well as strong verbal communication skills, I have excellent written communication skills. In my roles at Arbor Networks and Raystate in particular, I regularly communicated with clients electronically and was always careful to ensure that information was provided accurately and promptly. Given the nature of sales roles, I learnt very quickly to become resilient to challenging customers, understanding that their behaviour it isn’t necessarily personal. I enjoy the challenge of being able to turn a customer’s opinion round, securing a sale despite the customer’s initial attitude. When things don’t go the way I had hoped, I am able to step back, take a breath and then carry on with the next task without it affecting my workload.
I am an effective team player and team leader. I find it easy to get on with colleagues and always work in a supportive way to the benefits of the team as a whole. When working at Raystate, I held the position of Sales Manager and subsequently Head of Sales. I managed a small team of Sales Executives. I was always aware that although targets were set on an individual basis, it was important that as a team we all worked together to ensure we could all reach and exceed our targets. I would regularly talk with my colleagues to motivate them to achieve higher sales figures but I also provided a supporting role, so if anyone ever had any worries or concerns, they could come and speak to me without judgement and we would reach an appropriate solution together.
I am experienced in Lead Generation and have positive and right to do attitude. Find easy to call or email to anyone, after any result of previews call. In my experience at Kirby, Arbor Networks and Webgains I had different approach to generate leads with development of web tools in really good way. I am aware of importance of Lead Generation for Sales Team as it is fundamental for Sales.
I have extensive experience in IT and the use of computers to complete every-day tasks at work and would be comfortable completing any administrative tasks attached to the role. The majority of my previous roles required me to manage a customer database and input information, which I am able to do in a precise and accurate manner. I have used a vast range of Microsoft Programmes to complete my roles, including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook and feel confident using them. I also have experience of using Google and LinkedIn to complete research and other Social Media to advertise goods and services. I am also comfortable using presentation programmes such as PowerPoint, to accurately present information to others. In my role as a Freelance Distributor for Meridian International, I regularly delivered presentations to clients on different products and services they provided. I am comfortable delivering to a group of people and always make sure that I am well prepared in advance by developing as much knowledge of each product and service that I am demonstrating as I can, so that I can answer any questions that they may have.
