We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth by selling our security services to a wide range of clients. This is a commission-only remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from home while benefiting from a generous commission structure. You will have access to our sales tools and support while maintaining the autonomy to manage your own pipeline and schedule. Key Responsibilities: * Business Development: Identify and prospect new clients through a variety of methods, including cold calling, networking, and utilizing online platforms such as LinkedIn. * Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring they understand the value of Allianz Heating offerings. * Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and efficient sales pipeline within Salesforce CRM, keeping track of leads and following up consistently to close deals. * Client Presentations: Present Allianz Heating services to potential clients in a clear and persuasive manner, addressing their needs/painpoints and demonstrating how our solutions can protect their assets. * Commission-Driven Sales: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, maximizing your earning potential through a highly attractive commission program. Qualifications: * Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in a commission-based role. * Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to think creatively, find leads, and work autonomously. A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be required to build relationships with clients and close deals through clear and effective communication. * Independence & Autonomy: Must be able to work independently and manage your time effectively, driving your own success with minimal supervision. * Motivation & Resilience: Strong self-motivation, discipline, and resilience. Comfortable handling rejection and capable of moving forward with optimism and perseverance. * Pipeline Management: Experience in managing a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing is essential within a CRM (Salesforce). * Industry Experience: (Nice to Have) - Experience in military, armed forces, security, or similar industry.
