Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and incorporate them into our social media strategies. . Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to create integrated campaigns that drive business results. . Manage multiple social media projects simultaneously, including setting timelines, prioritizing tasks, and delegating responsibilities. . Develop and execute crisis communication plans in the event of negative feedback or reviews. . Continuously measure and analyze the effectiveness of our social media efforts, and make recommendations for improvement.
