Epic Personnel Partners, LLC is hiring experienced Staffing Recruiter for our office located in Bloomfield, CT. This is a full-time position and a career!
Requirements:
· 3+ years Recruiting experience.
· Knowledge of general principles of recruiting.
· Experience in managing applicant data bases.
· Experience of applicant tracking systems plus.
· Experience in candidate sourcing.
· Unbiased judgement.
· Excellent communication skills, Spanish is a plus.
· Ability to work independently.
· Strong commitment to customer Service.
· Ability to pay close attention to detail, meets deadlines, and work with difficult task assignments.
· Good communication skills with co-workers and client.
· Must be available to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
· Confer with management to design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
· Review and recommend updates to job descriptions and job specifications.
· Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.
· Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, etc.
· Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting tools/methods to screen candidates.
· Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers.
· Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews.
· Verify reference, conduct background check, facilitate drug screen and pre-employment testing.
· Act as a point of contact and manage all communication with associates.
· Extend offers of employment within company procedures.
· Manage the job offer including negotiation and administration.
· On-board new associates.
· Maintain accurate and current applicant data base.
