▪ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks,
printers and scanners.
▪ Formatting a desktop/laptop.
▪ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
▪ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
▪ Make recommendations about purchase of technology resources.
▪ Setting up accounts for new users.
▪ Diagnose/Troubleshoots hardware and recommends replacement and/or
upgrade if necessary.
▪ Install workstations, connect and set up hardware and load all required
software.
▪ Ensures technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and
software.
▪ Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with other professionals in
order to make necessary repairs.
▪ Performs other duties as required during working hours.
